Due to certain restrictions ShadeQuarters.com only ships products within the 50 United States. Shipments can only be delivered to standard mailing addresses, P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Your order will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. You will be notified by email when the order has been processed and shipped. The email will include the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online.
FED EX GROUND SERVICE
Standard orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Expected delivery of your order is approximately 4-8 business days after it was placed.
FED EX 2nd DAY AIR
2nd Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Signature required upon delivery.
FED EX NEXT DAY AIR
Next Day Air orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Signature required upon delivery.
Vendor Drop Ship Items
Some of our products (Coolaroo) are shipped directly from the vendor. They sometimes take up to 3 days to ship an order unless EXPEDITED shipping (FedEx Next Day or Two Day) is requested.
Our vinyl waterproof shadesails are shipped from Australia direct to you. Our sale price includes all shipping and import duty charges. We offer a 3 week leadtime for custom shadesails once you have supplied measurements and paid for your order. Occasionally orders can get held up in Customs for a few days. Our customer service department monitors all shipments through the system and are diligent in their follow-through.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you have the option to return the item(s). You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in original packaging and condition.
Custom Shadesails are designed and manufactured to your unique supplied measurements and ARE NOT eligible for returns unless defective or incorrectly sized.
A copy of your original email order confirmation or your Packing List must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange of a different size &/or color.
Please send your package via traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization), please call 888.397.5295 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent product.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
